Thungyai sanctuary chief honored by UNEP

        On 22 November 2018, the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), awarded special prize to honor the courage, innovation and ethics to Mr.Wichien Chinnawong, head of the Thungyai Naresuan Wildlife Sanctuary, who carried out the task of seizing the suspects in the panther hunt on 3 February 2018.
