Vipawee Deekaballes, Thai downhill woman cyclist,  who is the Asian Downhill women Champion 2018 and World Downhill women Number 20 , won the race in downhill category in the Asia Mountain Bike Series 2018 at Keningan city, State of Sabah,  Malaysia on 29 July 2018.

 One day before that, Surattiya Buppha, Thai young woman cyclist, also  won championship in the cross-country category at the same tournament on 28 July 2018.
