On 21 June 2018, Chulalongkorn University’s Pharmaceutical Sciences Professor Dr. Pornanong Aramwit, received  the highest award from the 11th International Invention and Innovation Show INTARG® 2018, an academic conference and exhibition for inventors and researchers to promote and commercialize innovative products, technologies, and services, held in Katowice, Poland, from her  research of natural materials and its sustainable use. 

Her internationally recognized research include, among others, the Effects of “silk sericin scaffold” on cell viability, collagen production, and wound healing, the Effectiveness of inflammatory cytokines induced by “silk sericin scaffold”.   Use of silkworms leftover as food for the fungus until it can produce “Chong Cao”, which has high dose of an important substance, Cordyceps, that can increase the immunity of plants and animals without the need for antibiotics or pesticides, Coconut Jelly Mask 100% - All natural from Thai coconut water, and the Efficacy and safety of socks containing urea for the treatment of xerosis in Diabetic feet.
