Bangkok is among the world’s top 20 Most Dynamic cities

            According to a City Momentum Index 2019 report by Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services based in London, England, on 16 January 2019, Bangkok is ranked 18^th in the world’s top 20 most dynamic cities, moving up from 28^th place in 2018.

            Bangkok’s ranking as one of the world’s top 20 most dynamic cities is attributed to the robust growth of tourism, which have seen an outstanding increase of tourists  in the last 10 years, the launch of Thailand 4.0 policy since 2016, which attracts new investments from abroad, and the high level of  foreign direct investment, which expands rapidly since 2017.
