Chiraphan Nanthawong, Thai young woman weightlifter in 48 kg. weight category,  won three gold medals in snatch 81 kg., clean and jerk 100 kg. , and total weight  181 kg.;and Surodchana Khambao, Thai  young woman weightlifter in 53 weight category, won other three gold medals in snatch 87 kg., clean and jerk 110 kg., and  total weight 197 kg. at the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) ‘s Junior World Championships 2018, held  in Tashkent, Uzbekistan on 7 - 8 July 2018.
