Thailand won eight gold medals from International Exhibition and Invention of Geneva

BANGKOK, 9 May 2016 (NNT) – National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) Secretary General Sukanya Theerakoonlert disclosed that Thailand had successfully joined in the "44th International Exhibition and Invention of Geneva 2016."

Fifty inventions out of a total 800 were submitted by Thailand which won eight gold medals, 17 silver medals and 18 bronze medals during the contests held between April 13 and April 17.

Thailand also won special awards from many countries such as Russia, South Korea and Taiwan. Participating in such a contest was a great opportunity for young inventors and researchers to gain more experience and meet researchers from abroad in order to learn from one another and exchange their opinions.
