Thailand’s national women volleyball team had to content with second place after losing to Japan’s national women volleyball team in 3-1 sets in the final of the Asian Senior Women Volleyball Tournament in Seoul, the Republic of Korea on 25 August 2019.

Thaland’s Nutsara Tomkham and Piyanut Pannoi received best setter and best libero awards in the tournament.
