“Siam Park” was built up on 18.5 hectares of land (185,000 square meters) in 2004 in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain by the park’s designer, Christoph Kiessling. Such a huge spectacular project, the overall construction costs around 52 million euros (2,600 million baht). In 2008, “Siam Park” was officially opened by, a guest of honor, Her Royal Highness the Princess of Thailand Maha Chakri Sirindhorn.

“Siam Park” features all various types of rides divided into 10 zones and 15 rides, 25 Thai-architect buildings, original Thai restaurants and Thai floating market.

Besides establishing itself as the world’s best water park, “Siam Park” amazingly holds 5 world records. The 5 world records consist of the statue of the world's largest dragon, increased elevation within the lazy river (up to 8 meters), the largest man-made wave in the world (about 3 meters), increased diversity in slides, and the world's largest Thai building outside Asia.
