Thailand’s male student volleyball team defeated Indonesia’s team whilst Thailand’s female student volleyball team overcame the Philippines’ team in the final and won gold medals in the male student volleyball team and the female student volleyball team in the ASEAN School Games 2019, held in Semarang, the Republic of Indonesia on 22 July 2019.

In this victory, Thailand’s female student volleyball team has been crowned the female student volleyball team championship in the ASEAN School Games for 7 times.
